A proud family-owned business

Dymond Construction is a proud, Pasifika family-owned business – based in Auckland and serving neighbouring regions with quality, reliable commercial and residential construction services.We’ve been in business since 2018, however our team brings years of experience working for some of New Zealand’s largest construction companies including Fletcher Construction and Canam Construction. This has allowed our business to become established quickly and gain a good reputation with clients.

Today, Dymond Construction has steadily grown to be a team of 12, with more team members expected to join in 2023. Our team’s experience includes civil works, commercial rehabilitations, remodelling, upgrading and renovations as well as high quality residential builds.

Our reputation for quality means we are regularly called upon by clients to repair works where their previous builder did not perform to an acceptable quality. This commitment to quality and doing the right thing has seen Dymond Construction become accredited with New Zealand Certified Builders - a stricter standard of building quality than is required for Master Builders accreditation.

We can also give clients access to better material pricing as we are a member of the NZCBS – a collective of retail trade suppliers in New Zealand.

Pani Paniani, Project Manager / Operations

Certified Licenced Builder, Carpentry Level 4

Pani is a high quality builder and experienced site manager with a commitment to doing the right thing for his clients. His reputation means he and his team are often called on to repair the work of less skilled builders when the job needs to be done right.

Pani has lead and grown the Dymond Construction team on both residential and commercial projects across Auckland including full renovations and fit-outs, building extensions, decks and minor dwellings, and The Terrace-Parnell Apartments for Corbel Construction. Pani’s experience during this time included timber framing and floor joists; cladding (James Hardie linear boards, timber and aluminium); RAB, batons and wrapping; hammerhand and general labour tasks when required; and demolition works.

Kaloline Paniani, Administrator / Accounts

Kaloline is a formally qualified administrator who brings over 20 years’ of administration experience within high pressure environments that require meticulous attention to detail.

In 2018, Kaloline and husband Pani became Directors of Dymond Construction Ltd bringing skill and passion for renovating commercial and residential buildings. Kaloline’s exceptional attention to detail means that client needs and expectations are captured from the start and monitored throughout the project.

Kaloline also brings recent relevant experience from one of New Zealand’s largest construction projects – City Rail Link. This allows her to apply high levels of detail to the projects she is a part of.
