Dymond Construction is a collaborative contractor that brings together experienced and up & coming high performing builders into a team dedicated to delivering high quality construction work to its clients. Dymond's activity includes renovations, new builds and extensions on existing properties in residential, commercial and public sector properties.

Dymond Construction was launched in 2018 performing residential builds and renovations. In a short time, the Dymond team has gained a reputation of good quality construction that exceeds expectations, solutions-focussed project management, and a collaborative relationship style with clients so key priorities are met every time.

The Dymond team combines years of experience working for some of New Zealand’s largest construction companies including Fletcher Construction, City Rail Link Alliance and Canam Construction. This has allowed our business to become established quickly and gain a good reputation in the industry.

Our commitment to quality and delivery has meant we have frequently been called upon to repair works for clients where their previous builder has not performed to an acceptable quality – we are trusted to do the right thing. This has also meant we’ve become accredited with New Zealand Certified Builders – a certification that is more difficult to achieve as it demands a higher standard of work.

Today we are performing work for community housing providers, private home owners, developers and property management companies in a climate of high trust and high performance.
